These changes will go<br \/>into effect immediately and will be reflected in the 2025 MNICS Mobilization Guide. The changes are<br \/>as follows:<br \/>Edit for Statewide Planning Level 1 during Snow Free Conditions &#8211; At Statewide Planning Level 1<br \/>during snow free conditions the MNICS Taskforce recognizes the need for weekly planning calls still<br \/>exist for coordination and evaluation during the season. During these conditions a weekly MNICS<br \/>Planning Call will take place at 0900 on Tuesdays unless otherwise scheduled.
