To whom it may concern,
During the July 2024 Taskforce Meeting the MNICS Taskforce has agreed to changes to the MNICS
Mobilization Guide pertaining to action items at Statewide Planning Level 1. These changes will go
into effect immediately and will be reflected in the 2025 MNICS Mobilization Guide. The changes are
as follows:
Edit for Statewide Planning Level 1 during Snow Free Conditions – At Statewide Planning Level 1
during snow free conditions the MNICS Taskforce recognizes the need for weekly planning calls still
exist for coordination and evaluation during the season. During these conditions a weekly MNICS
Planning Call will take place at 0900 on Tuesdays unless otherwise scheduled. The normal agenda
will remain in place for these calls.
